Hi, my name is Todd. Proud husband and father of two beautiful girls. Born in Pittsburgh, PA but was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area — Cupertino to be precise. Moved to Evanston, IL (just 3 miles north of Chicago) on May 17, 2004 and have become enamored with the midwest life style. You can typically find me on a plane or an international city pitching the wares of CounterPath — the leader in softphones for computers. You can also catch my posts on ToddCarothers.com about Everything Tech.

Sheila: Mom for 11 years and wife for over 15 years. After university I started a career in teaching. Spent 5 years as a middle school science teacher which included an extracurricular studies program development project focused on the San Francisco bay wetlands. I put teaching on hold to focus on my amazing daughters and spending time with their after school activities including Girl Scouts (I am a leader of Lauren’s troop) and chauffeuring the kids and their friends between play dates, school study projects and sports.

My friends call me Lauren. I just finished elementary school and braving the new world of middle school which I love. I play the bass in orchestra and am heavily involved with the Evanston Ecology Center. I have done quite a few things such as raising money to taking care of the animals every week. I am also busy with Girl Scouts and active in Lacrosse. I play goalie and attack. I guess you can say I love saving goals and making them!
Megan here. I am currently in elementary school and active in my Girl Scouts troop. I also play soccer. Like my sister, I like making and saving goals. I play keeper (a.k.a., goalie), fullback and forward. I also like to draw and randomly play the piano.
